Then you should give it a shot, if you are ok to get 20-30% it’s worth the risk. If nothing works out keep giving interview and if still nothing works out, pull back in the last week

I got 100% 2 years back.In Nov last year got 40% as client put pressure on infy to retain me.

If you have a strong dependency then you can ask for 15-20 percent retention hike. Otherwise dnt even bother. Everyone except core developer is replaceable. Middle managers are never retained. If you have a strong functional dependency then u can utilise it
