Trending @Cognizant; Are layoffs imminent in Cognizant?

I want to know thoughts form any senior employees of Cognizant is planning any layoffs in between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026. My reason for asking this question is Cog has delayed pay hikes twice , there are major lay offs happening in general industry ( TCS ) , there may be pressure to ramp up hiring for on-site positions post the H1B fee hike.
