I believe management will have secret deals with government and can’t disobey any obligations govt make ! For instance I have read news a year ago that Cognizant sold its office space in Hyderabad in plans to spread to tier 2 cities/smaller cities. A week ago Cognizant announced they will set up a new office space in Hyderabad after they met Telangana CM. Companies if tweaks their policies is fine but these days they are taking a complete U turn. Somewhere I feel they don’t have a strong long term vision or commitment. Same goes with tcs 25:25 model
And we are barred to make Union for our basic demands !
