Yes they are. Unless you raise uniques issues with your manager and document the same in pulse comments. Then it becomes easy for him to guess. But in general if you keep your time and language neutral in comments manager will never know.

Yes same feeling, already submitted but still it's showing as pending. So many questions and fill in the blanks like civil service exams.
