Service Companies are hiring but offering lower packages, Product based - not even getting a call, I have been applying since last 3 months. Got my resume reviewed by Google and Amazon employees - no flaws ATS 90+ on all AI platforms.

I apply early the moment job is released still get the mail we can’t proceed with your profile - god knows what they looking for.
