Are CBSE Students better in communication than state board English Medium School?

They are more confident when life is at break point, but in terms of English speaking CBSE lacks that part - ICSE students have better English communication skills.

Communication is not at all dependent on the school board. It all depends on your surroundings. How students, teachers and importantly parents or siblings talk amongst each other
