Are C3B getting allocated to projects ? What's the future plan in TCS for 15+ years of experience?

C3A+ allocation now needs ISU head approval and is done on a case to case basis. Also, allocation shall only be done for profiles forwarded by RMG or after getting approval from RMG. So searching & getting into projects by personal reference is out of the question now.

Very few are getting allocated. You are at the mercy of unit head to get allocation.
