Are business roles respected in your company?

In my experience, business folks are respected more than tech folks in almost all companies - except the ones where the product is pretty technical. Business function executives also have more influence than technical executives IMO.

My definition of business folks - Strategy, Sales, Marketing (including growth and product marketing), Customer Success

Lol not even a question, the tech works under the business command.

Can't buy a paperclip with that respect.

Not all business roles are created equal.
