My cousin's a doc. He told me not to buy the gummies because they are crazy expensive+ they are just sugar. So I've ditched them and have been using just the serum and the tablets. I have to say that I didn't notice any difference before and after leaving the gummies.

What serum and what tablet?

@SirYapALot can you share what the doc asked you before prescribing this?

Not at all, take finasteride only

I’d rather suggest you to go for rosemary water + rosemary oil for hair growth, and use glycolic acid on your scalp for cleaning up any build up. Also check your water quality and get a water filter if you can. Or use mineral water for washing your hair. Seems excessive but this will be a good start. You should also get a consultation with a doctor and ask if you can get started on medicine like minoxidil etc.

Only finasteride/dutasteride will work (if you have genetic baldness)

Nothing else will

Don't waste your time

Go see a good doc, check your DHT, exercise regularly, don't take stress(just say sab moh maya hai), check if you are less in some Vitamins, or other important nutrients imp for hair.

Better not to take anything without proper due diligence.

No. See a dermatologist and get on the big 3.
