Are ATS scores even meaningful anymore?

Feeling a bit stuck with my job search. Resume scores well on ATS tools (~80%), and I apply only where I’m a strong match. Still facing consistent rejections without interviews. Would appreciate honest insights from people hiring or recently hired..
