Are anyone getting frequent interview calls?

What is happening with this job market? I dont know I got hired post covid and when I try to switch now I only got around 6 company calls from October to December and some of them, the interviewers where never serious. Now starting of January I have got 0 calls till now. I am not sure how to even switch in the upcoming months? Anyone facing same issue as me?
