Trending @Accenture; Are any hikes happening in Accenture for Nov'24? I had joined in Dec'22 and no hikes have happened till now, I'm at Management level 9.

I joined in Nov 2021 and got only one hike which was in 2022 dec and after that no hike for me as well.

Please don't have any high hopes. Upskill and leave as early as possible and get 30-35% hike every 3-4 years. Spending time more than that in one organization is the biggest blunder for financial security.

@ThriftyProstanoid there will be a hike, but it's a suspense if the hike would be of Normal range, or the hike would be just for name sake.
