Are we getting hikes in this coming cycle? If yes , how much % , because we didn’t receive it in December cycle.will they consider it?

Do u know how much % we will get for se to sse during promotion? And also If not promoted how much % will be given for those who r not promoted from se to sse and still an se??bcoz I m still at my 5.5lpa still 2 yrs....pls answer ya @harshaveera @XJavaDevX
