Approx CTC for my level

I have approx 15 years of experience and out of which 12 has been in USA (Silicon Valley) with some of the renowned tech companies. (No FAANG though)
I am considering to move back to India and was wondering what kind of CTC I can expect.
Here is my profile: 15 years of experience in industry. Have been a senior/lead software engineer/architect in these companies. Have tried some sort of leadership too.
Been a global conference speaker and author too.
I would be Targeting mostly product companies with the same level (staff engineering)

Contrary to what others are saying, the market is not 2021. We don't have coinbase dishing out SF salaries in Bangalore right now. Series A startups without a CTO might hire you depending on how much management exp you have.
Consider this a little tough love, but mentioning you have been a speaker and an author makes you sound a little out of touch with what really matters.
Anywhere between 80L-1.3 Base in the renowned global prod cos with added ESOPs and ~ 10-15% Bonus

Should be 60+L as base pay. Maybe you should look at the Sr EM or Director role in product firms.
