Trending @Infosys; Approval of earned leaves

Hi folks, I have applied some of my earned leaves 3 weeks ago but those are not approved yet! Any idea on whether they will get auto approved or manual approval from concerned member is needed. If in case the leaves are not approved, will there be any impact?
