Approached by Razorpay for a PM role, need Salary insights.

Was recently approached by Razorpay for a role at their payroll or Ezetap function.
They are looking to hire for PM and PM 2, and I qualify for both of these roles. Can someone please help me out with the exact compensation for both the roles in this format : In Hand + Variable

Check in glassdoor but , a thing to tell, Razorpay's PMs and Engineers are the apples of their eyes !!!! Expect to be pampered a lot with challenging work and very good compensation. But do negotiate carefully wrt salary as they might tend to lowball in this situation.

They are offering 30 fixed for In hand. And saying that there is no variable component at RZP. Is this true? @Zumbala444
