Appreciation post for TCS
Well last time I posted a rant about TCS. But I think it was mostly due to my immediate team and colleagues. Well, I do have a lot of things about TCS that I'm grateful for as well. Here's some of them:
- Gives people even with basic skills an opportunity to start their career and support their family.
- Hardly lays off its people
- Decent health insurance scheme
- No pressure to clock 8-9 hours daily in office if you're in a project. Can work from home for the remaining time.
- Most active company as per me. Arranges a lot of fitness, cultural events, marathons etc.
- Gigantic offices with plush greenery.
- Ratan Tata

I am grateful for the ETHOS, Cares, IRC sessions conducted weekly. Those are very knowledgeable and useful for me personally.

I jumped from my old small firm organisation to TCS with 50% hike and things Seems pretty good here for me..with 1.5 yrs in TCS - I got decent hike & a good recognition from client that helped me get moved for a promotion as well❤️... The Grass is greener on the other side..I am grateful with what I have blessed & no regrets ...💯I still know it's low pay but I feel comfortable here & good work life balance💯🚀
