What if i swipe before 6 am and after 6 am?

No I have tried it and it will count the same day and not next day, their clocks resets in between 2 to 6 am

I completely agree with you all but i don't have an adc or seat arrangement at my location so i was asked to just swipe the card at the nearest office.

Try swiping before 6 am and after 6 am it will cover up for 2 days

Do not think about only swiping in office anytime they can check "In Office" timing rather then first in and last out of the day timing. Be honest and try to maintain healthy atleast 5-7 hour per day ratio.

Please be aware that this is in HR’s radar already, they have a track on this pattern. And this will soon become a criteria for specimen selection, for you know what.

Don't be smart and think that no one is aware of these tricks. Everything is recorded and HR will use it when they require it. Try to be in office atleast 3 hrs

Don't do these things until u have approved shift timings for odd hours. Later it will get caught by hr and clearly project team will deny support. Keep 7-9 hrs maintained within regular working hours.

Just fyi, in 2 office mobile app, they have started tracking minutes. So sooner or later, all the people like you who do swipe in swipe out will be targeted. Then you all will rant about it
