Hi, After a one year I got only 7% Hike after doing outstanding performance. I got many appriciations from client in a year. Also I got 6 - EE1 in last one year.
They did unfair to me. I am discussing it here because in my team everyone got the same hike even they are not doing well in their process as well as they never achieved EE rating.
What is this guys? What is the result after doing excellent in process. Very Disappointing!!

The same bro happened to me also...you should talk to the management. Address the issue and ask them why such low numbers even after putting so much effort in work. Until you don't speak they never know and ask them to address this.
They will not consider my issue. Instead they will say will look into it and let you know. After they will not give you a proper response. Important thing is % of hike will not change.
It's so irritating!!
