I have joined Capgemini in March 2024., Will I be eligible for next year appraisals ? How much shall I expect ? And also about promotions ? Grade B2
Also can any one explain how is grade hierarchy here ?
Band- Designation(No of years of experience)
A3 - Associate(Bsc. fresher with no exp.)
A4 - Analyst(B.E/B.Tech fresher with no exp.)
A5 - Senior Analyst(0–2 years of exp.)
B1 - Associate Consultant(2–4 years of exp.)
B2 - Consultant(4–6 years of exp.)
C1 - Senior Consultant(6–9 years of exp.)
After senior consultant,it depends upon one managerial skill sets and projects handling experience to get placed in below bands.Also MBA,PGDM etc degree,PMP certification plays role in these bands.
C2 - Manager
D1 - Senior Manager
D2 - Program Manager
E1 - Director
E2 - Senior director

No, Not at all. You are not eligible for Appraisal. And so, no question about hike and promotion
I have also completed 2 yrs in March’24, last year no hike/increment with 3 rating and this year only 4% hike with succeeding rating in billable project. Can anyone suggest if I am eligible for promotion this year. I have TYE 7.9 and currently in B2 grade
