I’m a CL 10 resource at ATCI E&IT working as SAP FICO Consultant. Is there any info about hikes this year?

The last we got was in Dec 2022. Since then the only thing we’re getting is “you’re working really well, contributing to multiple things apart from work, there’s all positive things about you at the leadership level”. Still there’s nothing for us to be rewarded in this org!
