I got the information in today's HR connect meet, They have informed that the letter will be released in Feb first week. Don't hope for Jan.

I'm not sure.. In Viva engage portal, Still they are saying the letter will be released in batches within this month.. What are they trying with us?

There is no transparency in HCL about Appraisal. They may give and they may not also.
