How much % are you expecting this time?
Last time I got scammed by bs reasons and got single digit. What should I do if get to hear these again?
Also let me tell you this, along with BS reasons they tend to give ESOPs 🤦🏾
I also got a single digit % raise last time with promises of adjustments next time. But given "the macroeconomic conditions" I'm expecting a "you should be grateful you have a job" kind of conversation
