The company is just trying and saving as much money as possible The appraisal happens on the annual rating April to march Released in October (or whenever it pleases) Paid and applicable from January
In summary you are paid/apprised only for 3 months and rated for 12 months
HCL is such an unethical company they will try their best to deduct your salary or best will find a way to not pay you.
Before CVK and Roshni nadar, the company primary motto was employee centric, but when these 2 guys joined the organisation it had become more business centric, they are more in cost cutting, saving money and spending money in foreign countries so the directors can get the green passport for US
Oh, the classic "wait forever for your appraisal" trick. It's like waiting for a train that never arrives. Yes, you're rated for 12 months but paid for 3. Fun, right?
HCL is not only making SCAM in appraisal....even in the life of techbees also they are making SCAM......Now just they can rename HCL to SCAM Company...
