Appraisal Request

I had completed the anniversary appraisal in October.For March Appraisal when i am going to start the appraisal as Annual-appraisal it is asking me to raise as Project-end appraisal. As my anniversary appraisal is between Jun-Jan.

Can you one help on this?

you need to raise it as Project-end appraisal since your anniversary appraisal was in October. the system is designed to handle it this way. no worries, just follow the prompt and you'll be fine.
