Appraisal Related

As I joined in June 2022, and didn't got any Anniversary Appraisal and now this year I got Band B .

So in final appraisal do they consider the rating of my anniversary appraisal with this year appraisal or not. ?

Because I heard that they will consider........

I joined as a lateral in March 2023 in March 2024 revised Compensation says no hike so now I got band so am I eligible for any hike with this band ?

Same here, I joined in October 2022 and no anniversary appraisal and got B band.

On paper they say it will be considered. Nobody cares about past performance. Your recent performance is what matters because that project is the one which assigns band for you.
