I am also confused , my manager told he will nominate for TL in Q4, I had joined Infosys in dec 2023 ratings are outstanding for both the years… what hike can u expect as i have offer with 40 percent hike

Depends on the manager. If they want to retain then they will match the exact offer. Otherwise normal annual hike of 10-12% with this rating
