Appraisal rating and band

Hi everyone, I joined tcs as a fresher in march, 2024. I worked on my first project in which I got a 4.17 rating. And got released from that project on the 30th, November. Then i joined my second project in the first week of December and got a 3.7 rating. And my anniversary appraisal is going to happen in March this year. Please tell me which rating will be considered, what band I can expect, how much appraisal i will get. I am confused.
