I got 3 rating. This is my 1st appraisal btw.I'm a elite candidate.
My manager mentioned that you have been in our project only for 3 months and you were tagged only. No work has assigned to you. Though I'm satisfied with my ratings, cause I know I didn't work. But i want to know what will be benefits. Will my salary increase or not will I get bonus? If not then at what rating salary gets increases and by how many percentage. Please someone explain.

If you are eligible for MSI criteria. Here you are cleared 1 checks of criteria 2nd one is business management decision 3 company performance 4 company earned then you will get MSI in september month

I Don't know , I just got to know that if you got 4 rating and your package is 3.5lpa then it would be 3.9lpa. For 2 and 3 I have no idea. If anyone knows please mention here.

Go to mycareer , review appraisal. If your manager discussed with you then click Yes. Tick the options and submit. Then you will get to know your ratings
