Appraisal Query

I have joined TCS last year 1st of April. I got compensation letter written ‘Your Annual Compensation will be reviewed during the bext Appraisal process’.

Why I am not eligible for this year compensation if anyone can explain who are already working with TCS from long

After 2021 new joiners DO NOT get any compensation revision after completion of 1 year.

Gone are they days when people used to get 2 hikes in TCS within 1-2 years of joining.
