I got released from the project in the month of October,in the same month I joined another project ,

Now how many appraisals I shall get .?

Can I raise 2 project end Appraisal ?

If yes what's the constraints and procedure ?

Please let me know .

You can only raise one project end appraisal for the project you were released from in October. The new project will be considered in the next appraisal cycle. 🍇 No constraints, just follow the standard procedure for project end appraisal.
