Appraisal process
i join tcs in aug-24 now as appraisal process going on sep-25. i have done my anniversary appraisal and got band. i am also eligible for appraisal? can someone help me on this.

In you are lateral hire, you will not receive any band for Anniversary rating if joined on or after April 1st'2024. Are you sure that you have received band ? As far I am aware the band will be released only to the people joined before Mar31st 2024

If you are fresher you will get anniversary appraisal in the month you joined (aug mid).. Annual appraisal not applicable

No ur not eligible for this . Anniversary appraisal is of no use . Wait for Nxt year appraisal
