I would like to know the annual hike percentage Capgemini offers. If I receive a rating of 2 in this cycle, what kind of salary hike can I expect, both with and without a promotion?

The hike is not the same every year. It depends upon various factors like company's performance, BU's performance, amount of fund allocated for the BU etc. But if you still want generalise it then for 2 ratings it's usually between 5-10% (without promotion)
