Appraisal pending

I'm fresher. In speed portal I have tried to edit the appraisal and hr name but it is pending approval from HR. And HR is on leave till next month. So will this effect appraisa?l because of that set goals also pending.

Yes it will affect the appraisal. Talk to your manager immediately and tell the situation. Are there any goals and attributes added for you? If not then your manager needs to do asap and you need to submit it asap. 24th Jan is deadline. If you miss then no appraisal for you
