Appraisal On TCS

Hi Everyone, i have joined TCS on Jan 2024, my current CTC is 400000, with 3 year of experience and my band is C1 can i anyone please explain the appraisal process, i am getting mail stating that update in speed and request your manager to give the rating i am not able to understand the process, please help me if anyone has experience on this process.

And also please explain what is the purpose of speed, why we need to update there,

And i heard the news like there won't be first year appraisal in TCS it is applicable to C1 band also. If appraisal is there how much can i expect.
