Appraisal Negotiation

Hi, I have 3.5 years of experience, leading the most valuable team in my organisation, I am getting 17.34L, 14.45 fixed and the rest variable.

There is a resource crunch so I am working as a lead and the analyst as well. It's been the same story for 2 years now.

I feel like now's the time to raise my voice and ask for a promotion and raise, Give me some tips on negotiation, pay etc.
