In this company there are not following any ethics which industry followed which I never seen really most horrible situation and worst part is they are not reviewing team member yearly activities just give rating based on their mind set whom they want to elevate..
I have received the Congratulations on your promotion email , but there is no information in that mail regarding how much hike I will get . How can I find out regarding how much hike I will get in my pay?
Same. I've got the promotion mail but nothing regarding the appraisal. I guess we're supposed to wait till mid April (as mentioned in the mail). But mostly I feel we should be getting the mail by this weekend or by next week.
