Appraisal Letter delay
Hello friends,
Basically hike letter is delayed for one reason I am thinking off.
I.e., Hiring season is mostly btw Feb- July Aug. So TCS don't want that senior folks leave with hike, As there is skill gap in market and TCs don't have good talent pool as well.
no.. its reverse .. they want you to get frustrated and leave..anyways in 1-2 years all these service company will be history only!!
I don't think what will happen 2 yr down the line. Live in present. There r lots of scope and work due AI, Its not that AI will fully wipe out service companies but more quality wrk need to be delivered for NXT gen delivery model.
There are some changes in government compensation policies. Hence the delay.
I know someone who's taking interviews for TCS.
In retaliation of these situation arouse he thought of perfect revenge.
He selected useless candidates for Prime role(9-11 lpa) and rejected good candidates.
