Appraisal letter

It is difficult for me to accept that our FY 24 appraisal letter will be released in the coming weeks, but here's the twist: only top performers will receive 12-15% (DP performance), while those in the below category will receive no significant increase in their current CTC.🙃

Appraisal letters can be a bit of a mystery sometimes. If you haven't received yours yet, maybe it's still in the works. Keep an eye out!

What do you mean by...... it's still in the works.....like when someone comes from infra to software....does it count?
