Appraisal IPF Rating 4.04

Hi Friends

I just got appraisal IPF 4.04. I joined tcs 5th march 2025. May I know, will tcs gives any benefit for this. Bands are not given. Does both inter-linked to each other.

My role is tech lead.. will I get a retention amount in month of March salary as completing 1 year here.

If retention bonus is mentioned in your offer letter then you will get it. There is no benefit of first anniversary appraisal for EP hiring.
