Hey everyone,

So I joined TCS in 29th june 2023 as digital cadre , working in Morgan Stanley project , and in SPEED I got 4.13 rating out of 5. So, can anyone explain how much hike in % will I get as well as is this a good rating?

Depends upon your unit/project band fitment approach, in some it might be B while in others it may be A.

There is no relation between IPF rating and hike. It is just for a name shake.
Even 4.5 IPF people get D band and 2% hike.

If you are a lateral joinee and retention bonus is a component as part of your CTC then you will get that retention bonus at the end of the month along with your salary.
