Last time i got 5 star and salary increment 1.99% hardly ( Rs.1,000 per month)

Rating is SHIT in IT industry. You hardly beat inflation despite hogging your ass day and night. Don't forget the bootlicking of clients required to deliver and extend those God forsaking timelines. I don't want to demean the whole industry but my friends have been in this for a decade now and I have entered for quite a few years and this is exactly what I have felt throughout my journey. On the off chance that I alone experienced something horrible, I apologise for my frustration. This is the most common complain I have heard from a lot of employees.

I got 5 % last year

No hikes from last 2 years but they are working aisa bola hain Manager ne

I got 40% 💀 not kidding

Depends on Band also. Higher the band, lower the %

last year I got 13.6% was having ctc 3.5LPA

With 4 star I gor 9%, I guess it totally depends upon the revenue of Wipro how it works for the quarterly basis...
