Appraisal in TCS

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if a person is in notice period during appraisal cycle then he/she will recieve the band or not? I recently put down my papers (LWD in May) and got a 3.9 IPF rating and I am almost sure that if the band is released for me I am getting a C. Although it should not matter to me now but I am an innovator cadre and if I get the C band, I am losing at least 40K+ in my last month (April) salary.

If u are getting C band u should be getting some appraisal(even if is 2 percent only). How are u loosing 40k+. Can anyone please explain?
