Appraisal from two Projects
Hi guys wanna know one thing. If I get released by end of May or first of June, then in the next appraisal cycle my old project will also be giving rating to me, or only the new project will rate me?

You have to fill up and do project end appraisal for both projects, you will get two separate ipf ratings. You can only do a year end appraisal if you are in a project for the entire financial year.
You can speak to your manager / HR and select who you want to give you the band.

Both projects will give rating. You will have to do a Project End Appraisal.
Band will totally depend on your Managers decision.
