Appraisal freeze

When the company is unethical with no moral code of conduct, we can't expect anything.

I suggest be prepared for other jobs, this quarter is going to be more brutal in terms of terminations. They are looking for reasons just to terminate ppl.

Which month they are considering

If working hrs will be put im compliance 80% of guys will not have appraisal

How did you come to know about this? I mean appraisal process has certain stapes right?
The manager first assigns some goals for you, then you add comments, and submit, etc.

Which stage were you? And how were u informed that your appraisal is blocked?

I am interested to know, if it was enabled or not before the deadline to submit the speed?

The post author should have WFO less than 60% if i am not wrong .
