Appraisal for the year 24-25
I have previously worked on a project from April to August and have initiated the Project End appraisal and closed the process. Now I'm working in a new project from a different unit from SEP-2024. The new project have also initiated Project end appraisal and the process is going on. Will I get the band from the rating of both the projects combined or does it purely depend on the new project that I'm currently working in ? Pls pour your opinion on this
bro, it's all about the new project you're on. your band will depend on the current project appraisal. 🤘 the past project won't really matter now. focus on impressing your current manager for a better band.
