Appraisal for fresher
Hello everyone, I am willing to know the appraisal scenario for freshers, I joined TCS on 29th of June 2023 and currently working with the project of Morgan Stanley. So, what would be the appraisal procedure for this and also I asked to my manager for submission in speed so he told me that I am eligible for anniversary appraisal.
So what does it mean and do I get hike or something or not this year. If any one have an idea about please do let me know in comment section.
Anniversary appraisal happens when you complete a year.
In June 2024, you will complete a year. So in may itself they will send mail to you to complete it. In june or july salary mostly you will see the revised salary.
Most probably it will be 5% or 30k/40k/50k. Somewhere in this range.
