Appraisal for 3.75 Rating
What will be the appraisal percentage for 3.75 is overall rating in speed goals and attributes..?
It depends on various factors. Rating, your grade, your current salary, if you are a critical resource, your project performance, your tcs business account and its performance. No one can say how much you will get. I have seen people getting 6% on 4 rating with A band and also 8% on 4 rating with B band.

Also bands have nothing to do with appraisal percentage. It depends on your luck 🤞
If it is rounded off to 3 then it is 3-4%, if your managers favour you then they can round it off to 4 which will give you around 6% hike. Ik most ppl think it's 3.75 so practically it will be rounded to 4 but no it will completely depend on the manager since they rounded to 3 for me.
