I have joined infosys on dec 5 2024 as an lateral will i be eligible for performance appisal for this year review. Will i get salary hike if im eligible and get rating. Infosys has taken mid year review and provided feedback. Some people are saying as this is your first year you won’t be eligible for appraisal and get hike is it true.
