Hi, Wipro used to have appraisal ratings in Every quarter. But now they have changed their policy to have appraisal seasons, 2 times a year. May-June Season appraisal is only useful if you are getting Bonus based on the rating they will provide you the Bonus money. The second appraisal happens in September this will get you hike. They will not release any ratings here if you are lucky you will get hike otherwise Nothing.
